Did you know?

  • 1 in 3 young people will grow up without a positive adult mentor, (mentor.org).

  • In Florida, it can cost taxpayers up to $91,000a year to incarcerate a youth, versus $2,500 a year to mentor a youth, (nokidsinprison.org).

  • By investing in a quality youth mentoring program generates a $3 benefit in return to society for every dollar invested, (mentor.org).

In the words of Frederick Douglass, “It is easier to empower strong children, than to repair broken men.”

Since our inception in 2014, MAN UP Mentoring, Inc. (MAN UP) has been committed to continually improving the quality of life for more than 1,200 at-risk youth by providing educational, mentoring, and social services that will equip them to lead inspiring lives. Today, Chris and I would like to express our sincere gratitude for your ongoing support that enables us to fulfill our life’s purpose.

We realize if we want a healthier community, a more productive society, and most importantly, a safer Orlando, then it is our responsibility to take collective action and invest in the lives of our young people today.

For this reason, we invite you to join MAN UP on the world’s largest day of giving to make 2023 our best year yet. This year, every donation made is being matched by a generous donor up to $46,000. So, if we reach $46K by midnight, it automatically becomes $92K. Your gift, no matter how much, will have twice the impact and help transform a young person’s future and the social fabric of our communities.

To give, visit Sponsor Mentees (givebutter.com) and join our Generosity Movement by donating today.

Thank you for your support of MAN UP as we continue to give the gift of hope and equip our mentees with the necessary tools to succeed!
